Snippets of History

In compiling this document, the author is deeply indebted to those individuals who, over the years, documented the many accomplishments, activities, and highlights of Village Chapel Presbyterian Church – the Session Clerks, the Secretaries of the Women of the Church, the Ministers, the Church Secretaries who compiled The Villager, and others who provided information in a variety of formats.  I also want to thank Rose Ann Walker and Leslie Bremar for making many of these available when needed.  As indicated by the title, this is a compilation of “Snippets of History” taken from many sources to recognize and cherish Village Chapel over its seventy-five years as a giving and community-involved Church.​​
